Biography
Amy White's federal, state and arbitration practice encompasses complex civil litigation, business, tort, product liability, and employment related matters. She has represented individuals as well as local and national clients. Her practice also includes appellate work, including the case in which the Oklahoma Supreme Court adopted the Daubert line of cases.
Amy graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee in 1997. While completing her undergraduate work, she worked as an intern for the U.S. White House and also with the Governor's office in Tennessee.
In 2001, Amy graduated summa cum laude from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. While at OCU, Amy served as the editor-in-chief of the Oklahoma City University Law Review, was named to the National Dean's List and Faculty Honor Roll, and was also involved with the Merit Scholars Program, Moot Court Honors Board, Phi Delta Phi, Ruth Bader Ginsburg American Inn of Court, and OCU Board of Governors. She was also the recipient of numerous scholastic honors, including the OCU Law Review Outstanding Note Award, the Judge Alfred P. Murrah Memorial Scholarship, and CALI Awards in Legal Analysis, Civil Procedure II, Legal Research and Writing II, Property II and Agency & Partnership. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Tim Leonard, U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Oklahoma.
