Biography

John Stiner’s practice concentrates primarily in commercial and bankruptcy litigation.  He has extensive experience in disputes involving exceptions to discharge under the Bankruptcy Code, preference litigation, franchisor/franchisee relationships, wills and trusts, premises liability, oil & gas, securities, insurance coverage, family law, white collar crime and debtor/creditor transactions. 

John earned his AV rating from Martindale Hubbell after only six years of practice and has established himself as one of Oklahoma City’s up-and-coming trial lawyers.  He is regularly called upon in a wide range of disputes by companies and individuals who require a skilled attorney who will devote his full energies and attention to their case.
