Biography
Josh Solberg is a trial lawyer who counsels and represents businesses in all areas of labor and employment law, including litigation matters involving all types of wrongful discharge claims, claims related to employment agreements, and other disputes arising from the employer-employee relationship.
A recent honors graduate from the University of Tulsa College of Law, Josh was named to Order of the Curule Chair, served as editor of the Tulsa Law Review and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honor fraternity. He is the recipient of numerous awards including CALI awards in Advanced Torts, Corporate Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law & Administration, International Energy & Natural Resources, Land Use Controls, Legal Reasoning/Analysis/Writing II, Professional Responsibilities, and Property. Additionally, Josh received the F. M. Rowell, Sr. Award in Property Law; George & Jean Price Award in Legal Reasoning, Authorities, and Writing; Judge Thomas Brett Award in Criminal Law; Oklahoma Bar Association Business Associations Section Award in Basic Corporate Law; Pray, Walker, Jackman, Williamson & Marlar Award in Energy Policy, and Phi Delta Phi Professional Responsibility Award.
