Biography
Justin Jackson has a broad-based corporate practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He has counseled clients in connection with private placements and public offerings of debt and equity securities, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures and a broad range of other commercial transactions. He advises clients with respect to securities law compliance, corporate governance, stock exchange regulations and other general corporate matters.
Justin also advises franchisors and franchisees with respect to all matters relating to the purchase or sale of franchises, compliance with federal and state franchising laws and the establishment of franchising systems.
