Biography
Keith Peters represents businesses and individuals in taxation and family wealth matters. He focuses on tax and corporate aspects of business transactions, estate planning, and tax disputes before the IRS and in the federal and state courts.
Keith earned his master of laws degree in taxation at New York University, where he was a Tax Law Review Scholar and served as one of the publication's graduate editors. While pursuing his law degree at Harvard, he chaired HLS TaxHelp, an IRS-sanctioned volunteer program designed to aid elderly and economically disadvantaged taxpayers in the Cambridge, MA area.
As an undergraduate at the University of Oklahoma, Keith was named "Outstanding Senior" in the Price College of Business and received the "Outstanding Student" award from the Financial Executives Institute. In addition to being honored as the top accounting student in both his junior and senior years, he also served as president of the Student Business Association, president of the Accounting Club, and as a member of the Price Hall Design Committee.
Prior to entering law school, Keith was awarded the Gold Medal by the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants for earning the highest CPA exam score in Oklahoma.
