Biography
Rodney Hunsinger is a trial lawyer whose state and federal litigation practice focuses on business and commercial litigation and the representation of management in labor and employment disputes.
His experience includes the representation of clients in class action lawsuits and disputes involving mass torts, employment discrimination, product liability, premise liability, banking, Native American and gaming law, and automobile dealership law and regulation.
While in law school, Rodney was awarded the Steve Stack Memorial Scholarship in 2000 and the Rayburn L. Foster Scholarship in 2001 and 2002. As an undergraduate at Northeastern State University, he was named to the Rho Theta Sigma, Delta Mu Delta, and Alpha Chi honor societies.
He has been a certified public accountant since 2002.
