Biography

Tim Bomhoff's practice consists of a wide range of civil litigation involving complex business cases, labor and employment, securities arbitrations, products liability, mass tort (including asbestos defense), toxic tort, oil and gas, and contract disputes.  Tim's clients include quick service restaurants, manufacturing companies, oil and gas companies, chemical companies, securities broker-dealers and issuers, financial institutions, and public and private companies.  Tim has served as lead counsel in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings.

In addition to his litigation practice, Tim counsels employers on employment issues, including discipline, terminations, policies and procedures, drug and alcohol testing, employment contracts, arbitration provisions and enforcement of trade secret and confidential provisions, as well as training on employment issues.

Tim's achievements in business litigation have earned him inclusion in the 2006 and 2007 editions of Oklahoma Super Lawyers and election as a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America.
