Biography
Vickie Buchanan is a trial attorney whose practice encompasses a wide range of business-related litigation in state and federal courts, as well as in commercial arbitration. Her experience includes representing individuals and companies in complex business cases, class action and multiple party lawsuits, and disputes involving insurance, banking, bankruptcy, family law, mass torts, products liability and real estate matters. Over the course of her career, her clients have included major U.S. corporations, manufacturers, energy companies, financial institutions, landlords and car dealerships.
In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Vickie counsels employers on employment issues, including discipline, terminations, discrimination and harassment, policies and procedures, drug and alcohol testing, and employment contracts.
Prior to joining McAfee & Taft in 2007, Vickie was a director with another large civil practice law firm in Oklahoma.
