BiographyAllison Mack has 20 years of legal experience to her credit and currently works for attorneys engaged in the practice of corporate and commercial transaction law, complex commercial litigation, business disputes, franchise law and related disputes, and employment counseling, arbitration and litigation. Her varied responsibilities include preparing and filing pleadings, organizing documents and preparing for trial, assisting with the formation of business entities, and preparing and filing annual franchise registration filings for two national franchising clients.
Allison attended Oklahoma State University and later graduated cum laude from John Brown University with a bachelor’s degree in business education. Allison began her career working as a legal secretary at two Tulsa-based law firms before joining McAfee & Taft in 1989. She became a paralegal in 1996.
In addition to being a member of the Central Oklahoma Association of Legal Assistants, Allison is a tutor/mentor at Gateway Elementary School and a sustaining member of Junior Hospitality Club. She previously served on the board of directors of Junior Hospitality from 1999 – 2003 and as its president for the 2001 – 2002 year.
