ABA Roundtable on Trademark Rights vs The Internet

McAfee & Taft will be hosting an American Bar Association Litigation Section (Intellectual Property Committee) roundtable on "Trademark Rights vs. The Internet -- Who Is Winning The Battle?"

The discussion will focus on current trends in Internet trademark law, including keyword advertising, the initial interest confusion doctrine, use in commerce, and domain name disputes.

Cliff Dougherty, a shareholder and leader of the firm's intellectual property group, will moderate the discussion, and lunch will be provided by McAfee & Taft.
