Our firm has developed particular expertise in representing clients in real estate transactions structured to take advantage of various state and federal government incentives such as tax-exempt financing, tax credits and tax increment financing.  Our lawyers have assisted clients in a variety of major economic development transactions involving public and private funding. 

The firm has represented owners and developers in transactions that involved the establishment of tax increment financing districts, and has represented businesses in structuring transactions that take advantage of federal and state historical rehabilitation tax credits, federal low-income housing tax credits, the Oklahoma Quality Jobs Act, the Oklahoma small business tax credits, and other state incentive programs.  The firm also represents the only Oklahoma entities that have received allocations of federal new markets tax credits.
